- In alignment with Riverside’s code of conduct, we commit to collaboration, communicating with respect and open-mindedness.
- Reviews the development, implementation and progress of human resource matters related to the Board’s Commitment-to-Success Plan.
- Recommends to the Council of Commissioners initiatives pertaining to employee recognition.
- Reviews and recommends the resolution related to the service contract for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Represents the School Board on the Management Relations Committee.
- Reviews and makes recommendations regarding human resources policies.
- Reviews the profile of the proposed candidate for each vacancy as recommended by the Director General.
- All matters deliberated in committee are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
